At Binky Minky, every glass piece is thoughtfully handmade — meaning each one is truly unique. We want you to absolutely love your purchase, but if something isn’t quite right, here’s how we can help.
All items are shipped using An Post Track and Trace. Please allow 2-3 days for delivery. Our delivery costs are below
Click & Collect from our Wexford location is free.
An Post delivery charges: €6.95 per parcel.
Returns
Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery.
If 30 days have passed, we’ll review your case individually but reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange.
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation) is required.
Because every item is handmade, slight variations in colour, texture, or finish are part of the charm and are not considered faults.
Refunds
Once your returned item arrives and is inspected, we’ll email you to confirm whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within a few business days.
Partial refunds may be granted for items returned after 30 days or not in their original condition.
